Partners

Dealers.Fleets.Brands.

We work with three kinds of partners: distributors and dealers, fleets, and OEM and private brand programs. Here is what each one gets from us and how a partnership starts.

01 / Distributors and dealers

Tires to stock, with the data to list them.

For regional distributors, wholesalers, and tire dealers who stock and sell tires in one or more of our programs.

What you get

  • A program range in the categories you sell, built to the sizes and ratings agreed in writing.
  • Sidewall data for every size: load index, speed symbol, load range, and UTQG grades where they apply.
  • Compliance documentation for the federal standards that apply to each tire.
  • TIN and date code information for each shipment.
  • One email thread for orders, documents, and questions.

To start

Tell us where you sell, the categories and sizes that move, and the volumes you expect.

02 / Fleets

Matched to the axle and the route.

For fleets running trucks, vans, or service vehicles that buy tires by wheel position and plan replacements around tread depth and mileage.

What you get

  • Tires specified by position: steer, drive, trailer, or all-position.
  • Load indexes for single and dual fitments confirmed for your equipment.
  • Date code and TIN records for your maintenance files.
  • Casing information if you run a retread program.
  • Orders by size and position, confirmed in writing.

To start

Send the sizes, positions, annual volumes, and the kind of routes you run.

03 / OEM and private brand

Your specification. Your name on the sidewall.

For equipment and vehicle makers who need tires for their products, and for brands that want a private label tire program.

What you get

  • Specification development to your requirements: size, load and speed ratings, construction, and tread type.
  • For private brand programs, sidewall branding prepared with you, alongside the markings the regulations require.
  • Compliance documentation for the standards that apply.
  • Evaluation samples when the program calls for them.
  • A written specification that both sides confirm before production.

To start

Share the application, any specification you already have, target volumes, and your timeline.

04 / Onboarding

From first email to first order in five steps.

Every step happens in writing, so the specification you approve is the one we build.

  1. Introduce

Email us who you are, where you sell or operate, and the programs you are interested in.

  2. Requirements

Share sizes, load and speed ratings, quantities, timing, and branding needs.

  3. Specification

We confirm the specification and the documentation each tire needs, in writing.

  4. Quotation

You receive a written quotation with terms and lead times.

  5. First order

We confirm the order and shipping details by email, then review the first delivery with you.

Common questions

Before you write.

Short answers to what partners ask first. Anything else, ask by email.

Do you sell to individual drivers?

No. We work with businesses: distributors, dealers, fleets, and equipment and brand owners.

Do you retread tires?

No. Global Rubber Industries builds new tires. Fleets that retread can ask us about casing information for their program.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the program and the sizes. We set it out in the quotation.

Which markets do you supply?

Tell us your market. We will confirm which standards and markings apply and whether we can supply it.
